Cancelation Policy and Salon Guidelines

You are very important to each of us here. Please carefully read our policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. Also, be sure to read our salon guidelines that are listed. They are put in place to help ensure all guests, as well as our team, of the best experience possible. 

Regarding Cancellation:

Schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, as this allows us to make any schedule adjustments that we need. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive services. Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance because we know it can be easy to forget about appointments pre-booked in advance. With the exception of emergencies our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. 

Late Cancellation - Less than 24 hour notice will result in in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No-Shows - No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Chemical and Multiple services - Must be held with a credit card.  A credit credit card hold transaction can be made to reserve the appointment time.

Regarding Late Arrivals:

Please let us know if you will be late. If you will be more than 15 mins late your appointment time will need to be rescheduled as we would not be able to efficiently stay on schedule for the rest of the day. If a late arrival of more than 15 mins occurs, and the appointment needs to be rescheduled a late cancellation charge will be applied. 

Salon Guidelines:

Personal Belongings - We care about what is important to you. We ask that you please be sure to keep personal belongings with you at all times as we can not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Valuable Clothing - Although we take care to protect your clothing, we recommend that you do not wear valuable or cherished clothing as color can easily stain them.

Children in the salon - We love our kids and they are welcome in the salon, however unattended children  can cause distractions, and possible harm to themselves as there are hot tools and sharp objects that we work with. For a positive experience for everyone in the salon please do not leave your children unattended. Also, we will try our very best to provide hair cuts for children, but if they will not cooperate we may have to reschedule the appointment to another time.

Guest Satisfaction - We want to serve and provide you with excellence. Please let us know within one week from your service date if any adjustments need to be made to your color/style. Keep in mind that some looks may require several salon visits to achieve the desired results. You will be informed by your stylist during the consult should that be the case. Also, some looks may not be achievable, or may be very difficult to maintain due to factors such as: hair texture, porosity, damage, environmental factors, and at home care. We will do our very best to educate you on this and provide the service if possible, with recommendation of the proper at home care. We will do our part, but please understand that it is your responsibility to maintain your hair at home. When opposing factors occur and we inform you of them our professional opinion must be respected. In any case that it is not, and we have tried to the best of our ability to serve and inform you we have the right to refuse to perform a service, or discontinue service to stay in good relationship with you, as we do not want to achieve dis-satisfied results in any way.
